Preconditions and Compatibility

For optimal use, ensure your Welcome door communication system includes a configured IP-Gateway 83341 or 83341-500 with software version 1.16 or higher. For internet usage, a DSL 6000 or better connection is required, and your mobile device should support 3G or higher or WLAN. Be aware that voice-over IP (VoIP) capabilities are necessary for effective communication. However, note the app is not compatible with the IP-Gateway 83340-500 for the Busch-ComfortTouch.

Functionality in Background Mode
